How do I open a Dermalogica business account?

Click here to submit your information to open a Business Account. A Business Consultant will be in touch with you to go over the details.  Please allow up to two weeks for our team to get in touch with you.

Can I purchase professional products without a business account?

Purchasing professional products is one of the exclusive perks of having a business account with us! If you’re not quite ready to open an account, select professional products are available for purchase at our Dermalogica Training Centres.

Do you have any discount codes for retail product?

Our affiliate program provides licensed professionals with the ability to purchase retail products at a discount. Learn more about the program here www.dermalogica.com/pages/pro-insider 

 

Why can't I see my Business Record Card?

Only the owner of the account may view the Business Record Card. The owner many also assign these rights to you by logging into their personal dashboard updating your account settings. Contact your owner to have them update your profile.

Your account owner must grant you buyer access for the account by logging into their personal dashboard updating your account settings. Contact your owner to have them update your profile.

Why did my password change?

We have implemented a Single Sign On to connect our Professional Dermalogica websites and for your security it requires all users to reset their password. For your convenience you can now use the same log in credentials to access both our professional website and to make purchases on buy.dermalogica.com if you are authorized to do so.

Please note dermalogica.ca remains a separate site.

Do you have a PR list? I would love to help promote your products.

Our Professional Skin Therapists are our best advocates and we have a PST brand ambassador program just for this. We are currently not accepting applications for this program but please stayed tuned for updates.

I've never taken Dermalogica workshops, where do I start?

Begin your journey with Dermalogica DNA and become Dermalogica Certified

This is a 3 part workshop that is delivered in a fun and open format that is designed to give you, the Professional Skin Therapist, knowledge and skills needed to achieve the first step in becoming a Dermalogica Expert.

Once you complete all three Dermalogica DNA workshops, you will be Dermalogica Certified and you may register for any and all of our other workshops.

Do any workshops have prerequisites?

Yes, our primary workshop prerequisite for Professional Skin Therapists is to be Dermalogica Certified or higher. Become Certified by completing Dermalogica DNA.

Prerequisites for Non-Therapists are DNA Day 1 and DNA Day 2.

Some workshops within our curriculum may have additional prerequisites. Check what those are in the description box for each class you are booking in the Book a Workshop calendar.

I did not receive an email confirmation for my workshop, how can I get started?

Confirmations are sent the business day prior to the class. If your class is on a Monday, it would have been sent Friday, if your class is on a Wednesday, it will be sent Tuesday. Please double check your junk folders to ensure it is not hiding there. If you still cannot find it, please contact the Education Team at bookings.ca@dermalogica.com or call either Toronto (816-668-1116 ext4) or Vancouver (800-997-6799).

I cannot find the workshop notes, where can I download them from?

If your workshop offers notes, you can find these attached to your confirmation email. We will have these available on the education site soon. In the meantime, if you are unable to find, please contact the Education Team at bookings.ca@dermalogica.com or call either Toronto (816-668-1116 ext4) or Vancouver (800-997-6799).

 

Do I need to download the Zoom app?

To have full access to the class, we recommend downloading the Zoom app. Once downloaded, future classes are just a click away. You can download the Zoom app via www.zoom.us/download.

What should I do if the livestreaming class stops working?

You will need to log out of Zoom and close out of the Zoom app. You can then re-open the Zoom app and log back in. If you have additional technical issues, Zoom can assist you by visiting https://support.zoom.us/ and clicking on the chat button or by calling 1.888.799.9666 ext 2

I have logged into the livestreaming workshop and I see "waiting to be accepted", what should I do?

This means that the instructor has not launched the class yet in Zoom. Once the instructor launches the workshop, your screen will change over. Workshops will normally be launched 5 minutes prior to the start time.

Will I receive a certificate for each workshop I complete?

You will receive certificates at different steps of your Expert Journey. We will provide certificates for Certified, Specialist and Expert statuses, as well as Dermaplaning & Pro Nanoinfusion, when each step has been completed.

How long will it take to receive my Certified, Specialist and Expert certificate?

You will receive the digital copies of your Certified, Specialist and Expert certificates once you pass the required workshops in that tier by the end of the week.  If you have completed the Expert Program via livestreaming, the expected arrival time is 4-6 weeks after you’ve completed your assessment.

Where can I find product manuals, treatment protocols, treatment support materials and treatment videos?

Currently you can find this information on our old education website, found here. All of this information will soon move to this new platform, and be easier to access.

How do I update my email address for pro.dermalogica.com

If you need to update your email address, please visit your DermalogicaPRO dashboard and click update profile. If you need further assistance please contact a Registration Specialist at 888-292-5277 or email us at idi.corporate@dermalogica.com.  Please let us know your first name, last name, current email address used and new email address.
